Trying her best not to seem impatient and to give away her position on the matter she considered the question and in her mind rolled her eyes of the fact of his day being better cause of her showing up. Lazily eating and taking her time with both she heard the footsteps of other people as well as the aura of other elves they where bards which was comical for apparently his mother thought that her son needed some romance in his life even though she was only a noble Master Smith nothing compared to royalty.
However the sign of embarrasment started to form on her cheeks and it started to warm her as it was impairent that it had shown and apparently she wasn't the only one who was a tad embarassed trying much to hide it even though it was impossible for it had already shown. However she finally resolved her answer as she finally said.
"That would be grand for I would have busy hands which would equal a busy mind and if their is a chance of some help I'd be able to help you there!"
For it was true she loved keeping busy and she knew her trusted steed and beloved friend would want to accompany her even though she wouldn't paticularly packing stuff on his back if she didn't have to,unless Rolanoth did insist on it. Now however they where enjoying the company, music, and the food. However was wondering if her highness would appear anytime soon for they did have many angles in which to go over as well as much business in the realm itself!

She was starting to get that she was starting to turn red and order the minstrels out. Then He looked at her kinda socked and say said that "well then i would love to have you in the army if you are really want to join let me and we can talk about what your duty's will be weather you will fight or just stay at the camp since you know me i can pretty much have it how ever you like" he looked at her again feeling a bit like an idiot when he said that and then he went back to eating his food waiting for her to reply and waiting for his mom to join the dinner if she was even going to she did give him orders to talk to her if she wasn't able to make it

She was well interested now for this was something new and interesting to her for it was one of the things which caught her fancy besides making art from steel was being able to use the skills from her years of fencing and fighting with fellow friends of hers. It was starting to get a little late in the afternoon about to the point of evening hours. However this was probably good as well for it gave her the chance to get to know of the operatives of the fight in itself.
"Speaking of that I brought what I had finished over I hope they serve you well as well as your blade however I haven't named it quite yet which will only take a few seconds in which to do, but here it is!"
As she withdrew from the bundle which was beside her taking out a fine sword within handing it hilt first towards him while with the other hand unwrapping the bundle to expose the other items which had been completed. Reaching far enough in which to hand it to him and he wouldn't have to strain much in needing to reach it at least for the moment!
However now that her other hand was free she picked up one of the fruit pies and bit into it tasting the sweetness as savoring the taste of cinnamon apple and breading as it was slowly chewed up and taking her time to swallow what was in her mouth as her tastebuds tingled with surprise as the sound of the minstrels music filled the air and seemed to electrify the air with its own sweet melody with its own kind of energy flowing through the room.

The Queen made her way down to the dinning hall ready to inspect the new blade-smith's work, and dine with her son. She was making weapons for the Queens grand army after all. It wouldn't be right for her not to inspect them personally. She wanted to make sure that her men had the best. When she arrived she saw her son speaking with the bladesmith. She thought he looked like he was enjoying himself rather too much for just having a blade made. She had decided to send minstrals into the room just to embarrass her son. After they arrived the Queen decided it was time to make her appearance.
She entered the room with her head held high and smiled down proudly at her son. "Good evening son." She greeted with a smile before turning to look at the bladesmith. "I'd like a word with our artist alone for a moment if you'd be so kind my boy." she flashed him a quick smile before looking back to Sylvia.

As she saw the boy to unsheath the sword letting the light fall upon the beautiful blade in which she had crafted for him she watched him fascinated with his excitement for the blade was perfect for him and she had crafted it just right for him and was grateful for his appreciation for the blade for it was just perfect for him. They enjoyed each others' company thus far until she saw his eyes go beyond her to the door in which she had came through not very long ago seeing his gaze averted from her own she stood and turned around pivoting with gracefull dexterity.
She saw the most grandest of women before her own eyes as she saw a mother figure of great beauty and wisdom as well enter the room wearing a beautiful elegant dress gown and a circlet of gold around her brow it was much thicker than Jerrnade's own circlet in which she saw that it was also adorned with mother of pearl and other grand stones. She smiled in greeting the fine highness as she bent in respect to her although not lady like much for she wasn't one to "curtsy" not averting her eyes from the Queen she bent low and then arose once again as she said "Good evening your grace I hope the day has blessed you this fine day!" in which she saw that it had and that she was to meet with her highness alone without Jerrnade.
Which wasn't too bad for she saw from Jerr's expression and respect to his own mother that this one was kind as well as just however there was still that aire of guilt as if she had done something wrong or was going to be chastized for something hoping that it was only to give her more instructions and to see the first tasting of the Master smiths' handiwork at least taht was her suspicion at that time for she had no idea if it was a pro or a con that she was to have a single audience with her graceness! "If I do not see you again young Prince I wish you a good evening as well!" seeing Jerrnade depart from their presence as Sylvia was about to find out what was in store for this meeting!

Queen Emeri smiled as her son as he left. She then turned to the blade smith and smiled broader.
"Indeed it has. I thank you."
She began to walk around the table running a finger along it’s smooth surface. She would stop every so often to pick up a suit of armor or a blade examining them with precise intensity. She placed the final blade back onto the table and turned toward the blade smith.
“It is fine work. It has my approval.” she placed a bag of coins in front of her with a smile before making her way to the other end of the table. She sat down in her usual chair and looked across it at the other female.
“There is another matter in which I wanted to speak with you on alone. You see, my son has no wife. You may have noticed but my son does fancy you. I am offering you his hand in marriage. What say you?”
She entwined her fingers together and looked over them at her guest awaiting her answer with a kind smile.

Awaiting to see of what was to come to pass with the Queen she stood in earnest to hear of what was to be the topic being out of the way she watched as she inspected the armory in which she had brought with her and another bag of coins where added to the one in which was given to her by Jerrnade. It was quite tense with her for that moment while they where being inspected when the bag was set down it became more comfortable around her.
The both of them sat in their chairs in which Sylvia placed one hand over the other with a relaxed face she smile a little as the Queen had begun to talk that was until she found out what line of thinking she was speaking of which made her go a little red for if seeing the minstrels appear was embarrasing this was most definitely was. As her cheeks reddened and started t oget a uncomfortable feeling one hand gripped the other as the naturally grown nails dug in lightly as the feeling passed and she began to get used to the feelings.
"I am fully sure your highness is aware in which that he could have anyone he so chooses for is there any trouble with him in that area? I don't see that he has as for marriage maybe with time it would go better and we would find similarities and be in love or not to be in love does his princeship have other prospects in which he is interested in? I mean it is a grand of a thing for him to think of me that way and for you to ask, but I'm not sure if I'm the best choice for his hand in marriage...""
Which was true for she was rambling for she was ambushed and not totally for sure if she felt those things for the Prince as well she was having cold feet of the idea for it wasn't that she fancied him it was that she didn't know if she was ready or not or if it would be successful at all!

The queen smiled at the girl as she rambled on in her response. She could tell that the girl was nervous and flattered all at the same time. However she wasn't giving herself enough credit. Queen Emeri knew that this girl would be suitable for her son. She was a fine blade smith and that's something that would hold well in the future.
"You are too modest my child. My son does not have trouble finding anyone. As you said he could have who he wants, but I find that he fancies you more so then others. I think that you would be a perfect match for my son. Do you not trust your queen's judgement?" she added at the end with a wry look.

She wasn't very confident in the Queens' words about her for sure she was a great Blade smith, but as a woman well in this race it wasn't much on the beauty for sure that did count for something, but also the intelligence and in this case what rank you where in. As she however did understand in her majesties opinion about her for these where exquiset pieces of fine metalwork and would be deeply appreciated. Still she wasn't for sure about things.
"I believe that everything has its place and so if it is destined for me and the esteemed Prince are to be together I believe it will be of other circumstances. I also think that your praise is greatly appreciated and I thank you for your opinion, but still would it still come to fall on the choice of him for does he not already have a betrothed?"
She said with little thought to what she was implying once again trying to get an explaination to why she had chosen her to be married to the Prince or why of her reasoning that she would be the best pick for him for sure he did have a fancy for him and she had a slight fancy for him as well, but knew that it possibly wouldn't happen for him being royalty and she only be nobility.

She looked at her sweetly "My dear Child he does not have a betrothed at the moment witch is why I was asking for you to be that and he does fancy you over everyone else for i have overheard him saying so and I would think one would be honored to be asked. Although after all the decision is yours, but for now I have to go and attend to some matters of state however I will have my son brought back into keep you company and if you do decide to accept just let me know I would be honored to have you for a daughter" With that she walked out of the room as Jerrenade came back in to keep her company and possibly to share the rest of the evening with her beauty!

She was happy to find out that the prince had no betrothed nor was taken by any of the other maidens in the realm which was a slippery slope for her. Mostly cause she didn't know if she could balance her responsibilities with that of also having or wanting to keep up with the prince. Still it was a good thing that she was going to be going on the forefront heading towards the ones who had wanted this battle to occur.
She nodded her head in letting her highness know of what she intended was good to hear as well as understanding it as well. However once she was done talking about she knew fullmost the reason of why she had picked Sylvia for her son for she had qualities which would be grand for anyone in which Emeri finally ended what she had to say in which she had to go take care of some matters of state so it would give her enough time to think of her answer not having to give one right at that instance.
Still sitting there silently she let the Queen leave with her own matters now in there by herself with what she had brought as well as the food still there and the minstrals still playing as well which made it less of being by ones' self as she started to think on her grace had proposed to her which was most flattering and much to think on it was good however that she had said yes about heading off with the prince and his own troops to make her lovely works as well as protecting their area!

Jerrande was in his room when there was a knock on his door "come in" he had watched as the man servant walked in and told him that he may return to the great hall now. so he got up and headed into the great hall where Sylvia was as he walked in he say that she was deep in thought and he was wondering what his mother had said to her to get to thinking like this. trying not to disturb her he walked quietly to his seat witch was next to her and he sat done again not saying any thing he was kinda hoping he didn't startle her. and then he went to eating his food.

She looked into the void as her thoughts went on with out her physical self when she was thinking however was when she thought she felt a presence next to her not even making it seem like she knew or wanted to at that time for she wanted to give a little more thought to the idea of being one with the royal family it seemed such an uphill decision in which she would need to pick a side for she had decided to join the front field with Jerrenade.
Finally coming out of her thoughtful pose and looked at the prince who had silently moved into a seat next to her as she smiled with his presence noticing that she wanted to take a nightly stroll which was something she really liked in doing, but didn't know if he would enjoy the same idea or not, but she took caution to the wind and decided to go on without thought of what would happen as she took in a inward breath and then started to talk to him.
"I beg your pardon my prince, but I wonder if you are enjoyed by the energy in which the evening hours bring out even with the night slowly approaching? For I am very accustomed and in liking of a strole in this wonderful of a evening I wish you would join me in showing me the grounds?"
As she stood with a hand on the back of her chair for no matter what he decided she would take a strole nonetheless, but she would rather quite like that he would accompany her and to see what this place was like around here. Putting on a sweet face and letting what nature gave her as her charms started to possibly work or at least probe him into wanting to be with her in the night light.

As Sylvia was in thaught Jerrande took this time to think as well it didn't take long for Sylvia had finally noticed him. He wondered what his mother had said to her to get her into such a deep trance, but finally Jerrande said "It would be my honor to show you around!" and with that he got out of the chair and led Sylvia to the door that led outside for the grounds where much better in the night for there.
There where flowers that when the starlight hit them they created the most beautiful patterns. He loved the nature in the dark of night for in the starlight the forest is just as pretty if not more so. Continuing to show her around all the grounds and tell her stories of how the garden had been made and who had planted them. Most of the flowers where planted by himself he enjoyed showing her around and her company for he usually did this alone. He even showed her the tree house like building witch was his office of sorts that had no roof so he could lay on the floor and just look up and look at the sky if he chose.
